Amaido Village House
Our Casona Amaido is a charming house, it is an old 16th century mansion that was renovated and converted into a cozy rural tourism house in 2010, and has the category of Tres Trisqueles (the maximum for rural accommodation).
It has capacity for 15 people, and has 6 large exterior rooms (4 double rooms and 2 matrimonial rooms), all of them with bathroom. Each room is identified with local place names so that they do not fall into oblivion and thus make reference to our environment. The rooms are decorated with noble, simple, native and warm materials, in order to satisfy the materials and values of the environment, thus reflecting the region and its surroundings.
Strategically located at the top of the Amaido estate, this beautiful house is surrounded by a lush native forest and our cultivated fields. From this privileged enclave, our visitors can delight in impressive views of the picturesque Eo River Valley, which add a touch of natural beauty to this unparalleled rural experience where you can enjoy comfort, relaxed time in this wonderful place.
Camping Amaido
Camping Amaido is integrated into our agricultural operation, which offers the opportunity to completely disconnect from the daily routine, in addition to enjoying the environment provided by the farm. The complex has 83 large plots of grass, perfectly delimited by medium-height hedges, and a large space surrounding the bathroom building, whose original circular design is very functional.
The entire campsite is covered in a lush green carpet of grass with native trees. The camping area is located 300 meters from the restaurant, which guarantees tranquility and silence, thus offering a restful night’s rest, in addition to being able to enjoy the tranquility, ethnography and culture of rural life.
Amaido Cabins
Within the rural campsite, you will find cozy wooden cabins that offer a private green area in front of them, carefully delimited and equipped with garden tables and chairs. These charming cabins consist of a main room with a double bed, another room with two single beds, a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, and a full bathroom with a shower.
In addition, the cabins are fully equipped to provide you with a comfortable and convenient stay. They include bed linen, towels, kitchen utensils, ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, mixer and access to a washing machine on the campsite facilities. They also have heating, Wi-Fi connection and availability of services such as a crib and high chair for babies, ensuring a comfortable stay for the whole family.
Amaido Restaurant
Our traditional gastronomy is without preservatives… or rush. Following respect for popular architecture, we have restored a small rural house to create a cozy and warm restaurant. Framed by wooden beams, stone and noble materials of long tradition, Amaido Restaurant offers a family and traditional culinary experience, in which we use fresh products from the local garden and the area.
This place has become a meeting point for Eo River fishermen and visitors, where socialization, information, gatherings and seasonal photographs are encouraged. Our visitors will be able to delight in authentic dishes such as a delicious fabada, Asturian meats, and homemade desserts.
During the summer season, you can enjoy the terrace and its surroundings, immersing yourself even more in the pleasant atmosphere while you savor your food. Amaido Restaurant combines culinary tradition with a charming environment, creating a perfect space to enjoy a memorable meal.
