CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

The cancellation policy is as follows in accordance with the Tourism Law of the Principality of Asturias.

  • With more than 15 days before the arrival date, the return of the prepayment will be made in full.
  • For any cancellation made less than 15 days and more than 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the prepayment will be made.
  • With less than 7 days the prepayment will not be returned.

DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION

The personal data provided with the reservation will be included in files controlledy by the establishment, in order to attend the reservation, to verify the credit card data, pre-authorize the payment, guarantee the reservation by the corresponding credit card charge, pay the stay according the reservation and cancelation policies, or pay the expenses derived from the stay (unles other means of payment are provided). Data is requested in order to carry out the reservation and service contracts. Data will be stored as established by the banking, tax and trade legislations, at least. The rights of access, rectification, erasure, data portability, limitation and opposition, revocation of consent, can be exercised writing to AGRO-TURISMO AMAIDO, S.L., FINCA AMAIDO, S/N 33774 SAN TIRSO DE ABRES. Data subjects have the right to issue a complaint with the data protection authorities.
